Amanda & Mike’s Session

We met up with Amanda & Mike at Rollins College in Winter Park for their engagement photos. As an Orlando engagement photographer, this location just makes perfect sense! The church steps, rose garden, and proximity to Dinky Dock & Park Ave – what else could you possibly need!

Amanda has been a friend of the family for more years than we can even remember so much so that we feel like she is part of our family. She met Mike like most do these days through an app and y’all it almost didn’t happen! At first, he tried to meet her but she couldn’t and they went back and forth for a bit before she finally agreed to meet him. I’m so glad she did because these two formed an instant connection and have been inseparable ever since!

When we met Mike we knew he was the perfect partner for her. They just balance each other so well. He finally asked her to marry him in one of their favorite spots in Downtown Orlando, Mathers Social Gathering where they had their first date. When she texted us the photo of her gorgeous ring, we were beyond excited for them! We feel so honored to be able to document their upcoming wedding.

Amanda holds a special place in our hearts and we admire her hard-working spirit & fun-loving (sometimes goofy) self. Mike & I quickly became friends after bonding over our love of video games, cool cars, and business ownership dreams. He is a down-to-earth guy that loves to joke around and is such a compliment to Amanda. We are truly looking forward to photographing their wedding at the Historic Dubsdread Ballroom in just one month and officially welcoming Mike into the family!
